The non barking in the beginning happened to me too. My dog, Tilly, was quiet when we adopted her from the animal shelter, quiet when we brought her to the dog park, quiet when we gave her food... It was almost like someone put her on mute. Well, after about 2 weeks, I guess she got used to us, and decided to show us her voice. We have had her for 2.5+ years now, and she will bark at every dog, every human, every rat, every bird, every deer, every squirrel, and every sound of the doorbell.

I have a French bulldog too and it is about 9 months old and here are some tips - they get hot really easy so don’t give them a lot of water after just about under half the bowl because they will drink it all and if they do they will throw up - try to always give them attention and keeps them out in less you aren't home Because they always want to be around you and have attention - to put a little bit of water in there food and let it sit for 5 min bc when there eating They can eat it all the way because it needs to be a little softer - and also you got the best breed of dogs they love to snuggle and play lol
