I always appreciate Edelman everytime he comes on this program making sure to give bill credit every time. Colin loves to run his mouth like bill was an old defensive coach who didn’t know his left from his right & blah blah blah. But players and former coaches with bill speak on him with such reverence

He was a good leader that’s why, he knew how to get people to buy in and how to get the most out of his players. There’s plenty of places where he’s a questionable coach, his coaching tree and drafting (especially the later seasons) are probably his biggest knocks but even then he kept the patriots highly competitive for just about two decades which is unheard of in the NFL

@@c18x66as a Chiefs fan I would normally agree on this 100%. But Pat is very good at running the ball in situational football. Peyton was mobile at times but not close to Mahomes. Still think the Patriots would win because I watched it happen in that AFC Championship, but I wishfully think KC would compete each year in that era

I'm a huge Packer fan, and I love Aaron Rodgers, but his last years in Green Bay were all very dramatic to say the least, and it seems the drama has followed him to New York. Hope he can turn it around and make a play-off run.

2014 Divisional against Baltimore. NE called (IIRC) ONE run play in the second half. And it was a QB sneak. They just abandoned the run game. You want to talk changing a gameplan, that's a prime example. Then you throw in 4 linemen formations, Julian's TD pass, but those were in the playbook, just not called yet.
