It's great to see Julian pursue his other passion. I don't always expect a new album every year because he records when he feels like it. Always one of my favorites. Julian's 84 debut album, Valotte, will always be one of my all-time favorites.

Julian is already in his 60's. Can he ever have an interview where the interviewer doesn't mention his father? That's a painful subject; notice there isn't one picture of him with John where Julian is smiling or even looks remotely happy, so why bring it up? Let him have his moment of glory and bask in it alone.

Why always asking about John? Julian is doing his way and has his own life. We shouldn't annoy him about his father

Disagree. With Sean he's now the custodian of his father's legacy. He should be talking up his father's legacy. There's enough people of recent times trying to bring it down...the woke brigade, the McCartney-ites. OK he has conflicting emotions but he's still his flesh and blood. As long as interviewers give Julian's career attention as well it's absolutely right they should talk about John. Julian is John's musical successor. For me he's the 5th Beatle.
