The format that should have displaced cassette. Compared against cassette, it has zero cons and all pros. Against CD, only a slight drop of certain frequencies, but nothing disruptive to overall audio quality.

I love it too! Cassette does not need to die, but MiniDisc definitely deserved more respect/adoption/admiration.

@JulianDeBacker I agree. Like many, I still have a lot of affection for the feel and sound of cassette.
