Thank you soooo much for this video I learn new stuff and I think I will get Notion thought I have a actual note book to write everything. also, Yes plan a head and put a deadline to what ever you want I do this like I will put designing and drawing what I need to order from manufacture first like keychains and standees then what I can make at home like print and stickers and to make things even more organised and not having art block I switch between material from watercolors to Digital art and i put break days for me to relax and go out

These studio vlogs are good. I would do pre pre plan on the products do before the shop update just in case something goes wrong unexpectedly. You’ll have some your products done the first week then next week of the actually pre week before the actual launch day the shop update goes live. I love your style it’s so ☺️

But perhaps you can start adding short reels on KZbin (duplicate your instagram ones maybe) to indicate your shop update here. Just an idea and apologies if you had already considered or mentioned you’d do this. Also, I’m wondering if you would ever consider discussing in depth how you research, build connections with, and choose outsourcing companies for other needs in a future video? This part has always seemed challenging for me as someone who is looking to start a small art stationary business coming from a science background and would be super insightful. I use dry brush :) and the line weight changes according to pressure for most of the default brushes on procreate

Maybe bcuz im a millennial, but sugumaru is my spirit sprout haha. I think the beauty of having a small business is how you can experiment and bcuz you sell stickers, its very versatile. Summer is coming up, and fishing is a popular hobby. Drawing things related to fishing is kind of hard to make cute to begin with, so I commend you on taking the chance. Continue experimenting and being curious, if it helps you prevent burn- out, its empowering [for you] as a business owner.

You should do acutall affirmations. Changing your mind towards launch days and alike. No matter how stupid it sounds it is true "Thought are Things" or "You are what You Think". This really can make the biggest difference! Instead of "it is the same all the time" you should staight correct yourself and say "this time it will be better than before" "with every launch I am gcoming closer to my goals" "I am able to manage my time more efficiently".
