Seriously gonna be making all these cookies with my lil boys this weekend! My boys LOVE to help momma in the kitchen! Especially when it comes to making cookies; They love decorating the cookies and getting messy from making them almost as much as they love eating the cookies!!!! 😂😂😂😂 Thanks Julia! Another slam dunk video from you! This was some of the best recipes for cookies and so easy to make too! Being a single parent with 4 boys, all between the ages of 9 and 1 year of age, you can bet your bottom that time is something I just don't have much of...like so many other single parents ... it's tough and takes patience. Idk how but at 36 years old I just now learned to refrigerate any cookie dough you make fresh lol it really helps the cookies set up right. Even when you do sugar cookies and ginger bread cookies and cut them into shapes put it in the fridge for awhile it helps them hold that shape. A little tip for dumping your dry ingredients in your stand mixer is to put the dry ingredients on parchment paper then you can fold the parchment paper in half to form a sleeve and put them in that way mess free !!!!! Julia, I’m making the Oreo cookies but tweaked it a bit. I used Fanny May mint meltaways since I didn’t have Andes on hand. I’m also using white M&Ms cookies and cream I had on hand as well as a yellow cake mix instead of white. No mint extract so I’ll use extra vanilla. Hope they turn out with the substitutions. Thanks for sharing these easy cookie recipes.
