I’ve always hated cooking! My hubby did all the cooking. He was the best so I just got used to cleaning everything up after he cooked all the meals. Sadly he died last December. We share two kids so I knew I needed to start cooking because well…they can’t live off of frozen pizza and junk/fast food 😂 I stumbled upon you while searching for crockpot recipes! I loved your wonderful meals and the way that you plated everyone of them. A person can get much less dining out paying thirty dollars per plate believe me we have many times. My food budget 1500.00 monthly. I wish that you would have been older to have helped me with mine for sure. I also worked alongside with my husband and I loved cooking for my family. Right now unable to having had two heart attacks so now I’m enjoying watching your video of your beautiful family and the way that you take great care of them. Thank You for taking your valuable time in making this one. Cooking with Love really shows how blessed they are to have You. I just keep thinking about all the money that I could have saved and some time too but the effort was because I Loved cooking for them. Your ideas are amazing, would love to see more vegetarian options, I make taquitos in my air fryer (refried bean and cheese is a favorite) with flour tortillas, no cracks. I either spray with some cooking spray or brush some oil on them, pop them in at 400 for around 5 minutes and serve with a homemade salsa. Thank you for sharing so many helpful recipes.

I no longer eat meat, but I remember my late Mother making the Italian beef sandwiches. She would use a 5 pound chuck roast, chicken broth or bouillon, garlic cloves, salt, pepper, and dump an entire jar of pepperoncini into our slow cooker, with the meat. We would have it on crusty bread or rolls, with mozzarella cheese melted on top. Delicious!🙂💗💯

@@JuliaPacheco Good Morning! So I made the street, but I made it in a sauce pan and pan cooked the chicken, the spices I used for the street corn I put on the chicken, it tasted so good. I couldn’t turn the oven on because it was a hot day, plus I was making it for just myself. I love you recipes, they’re fast, easy and so good. My mom showed me another way to make corn, 1 can of corn , keep some juice, 1 can of diced chiles and 1/2 a brick of cream cheese, put all in a sauce pan and stir together. Great little side dish and a nice way to jazz up your corn 🌽. Thanks again Julia! Have a blessed week! 🤓🥰❤️
