For gluten free folks, the gf cake mixes work just like the regular ones. Those chocolate "Oreo" cookies look like Whoopie pies! Im from Maine and those are very popular here! That looks like a great, easy hack. ❤

All of them look super yummy. Have you ever had Fluffies? For the holidays, I made Strawberry Cake Fluffies and Spiced Cake Fluffies. I packaged them up and had my mom drive over and give them to my aunts and uncles along with my homemade strawberries. They took no time in polishing off all the cookies. 😂 It's 3 ingredients and soft/chewy and delicious. It's 1 box of your favorite cake mix, 1 (8 oz tub) of thawed Cool Whip and a bowl of powdered sugar. Mix the cake mix and Cool Whip together. Then scoop out a TBSP or more or less depending on what size cookie you want. Drop it into the powdered sugar and roll it up. Place on cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake at 350° for 10-12 minutes. They will still be soft and seem undercooked. Don't be tempted to leave them in longer. Let them cool on a rack then give them a try. You can evan add in finely chopped nuts, coconut and/or chocolate, peanut buttet or toffee chips depending on the flavor of your cake mix. I'm going to make Red Velvet Fluffies with cream cheese chips for Valentine's Day. 😋

My favorite cake mix cookie tip is using almost melted butter! Great ideas but my favorite healthy cupcake recipe is one box of devil food cake mix add one can of pumpkin. Mix and scoop into cupcake papers. Bake and enjoy. No eggs no oil!
