Good information. The worksheet is helpful. To make exercise a habit or routine, for me (and apparently you) it is much easier to get up earlier rather than trying to do it in the afternoons or evenings. Good video.

Thank you! I am such a morning person, and I always find I have much less resistance to doing new or more challenging things. Definitely agree!
