well Mike, that cafe railway bridge, I knew exactly where that was, when I lived nearby in the 50's had to look up the street name of course [salterns] , but its amazing how ones memory can shoot back 60 years. Further down that road is Whitecliff shops, where one joins the Sandbanks Rd. take care guys.

Nice video doing errands. I wish Julie lots of fun with her new pasta maker and "play-doh" :D :D When I was a small kid back in late 80's my nanna used to have old fashion manual pasta maker. I will remember that thing forever :)

Good to see you both looking very summery (although a little trouserless at times too by the sound of it 😲), even if the weather wasn't! I don't eat brekkie either Julie, and have paid the price a couple of times now. It's not ideal but all I want first thing is coffee to bump start the nervous system. Eating just doesn't happen for me first thing. Great stuff as usual you two!

Looked like a pretty good ride. I hope you two made it back home before it started raining (if indeed it did rain). Julie, you seem to be doing great with your bike riding. 👍 just hold off doing any 100 mile rides for a bit. Oh, I really like those sunglasses you're wearing, very colorful. Mike, I ride over here in the States and we've got 'suicide squirrels' too. They run right out in front of me! 🙄😄 Thankfully I haven't hit one.....yet.

Loved the road position and "defensive" cycling when you entered the narrowed pedestrian island on the "Wide" road (I'm a Bikeability instructor btw) Julie, if I may can I make one suggestion, I hope you don't mind, please stay out of the zone of a vehicles open door when passing parked cars (particularly if you have a vehicle behind you). We don't want you dealing with an collarbone OTB injury as well as chemo :-) I haven't taken my blood pressure tablets yet !!!
