She's so cute, really.....She had her own way of thinking, that not everybody really understood or would agree with...but she really just told it like she saw it....She certainly didn't hold back....She will be missed by a lot of people...

I love jackie. I like her voice & the way she speaks & she is so funny & unique. If u want to hear something wild on yt Jackie getting into it with her ex husband frank Stallone sr. She had to be bleeped so many times calling him every name in the book & airing so much dirty laundry , picturing Sylvester listening to that is mind blowing. She talks about how he beat her & the boys sly & his brother frank jr & how he was a " half assed hair dresser " when she met him & when they are both hurling horrible insults howard tries to " keep the peace " by saying " you did make a movie star " & she says " any guy could have done the job in 3 seconds " & how he would tell her twice a year to lay down for sex & if she didnt act excited enough hed say " well if u arent excited forget it " she calls him a pig , an old bastard & he says she never was a Stallone at heart. I mean theirs rapid fire stories that are so crazy its gotta be one of the top 5 moments in radio history. Lol. He calls her a horrible woman & ends the call with " ur a wrinkled up Genoa salami goodbye "

OMG, it's Jiminy Glick in real life. Somebody in the know, please ask Martin Short if this man inspired the character.
@aeichler7 жыл бұрын
Yes, Short openly credited Skip E as his inspiration. At first Skip E was angry, but then he embraced it and was proud of it. Billy Crystal used to do New York's Joe Franklin.

I'm dying. This is the most bizarre, hilarious (yet real) tv interview I've ever seen. I can't stop laughing. Who knew Jiminy Glick was a "real" person? I spotted it immediately. Thanks for the quick confirmation Alan. I've seen Billy's Joe Franklin, and watched the real Joe as a kid, but never saw Skip on TV. I'll be watching all of his videos. Amazing.

He does seem silly at first, and his malaprops are funny (especially when he forgets the name of the person he's talking to), but the more you watch him, you'll realize he actually does bring out the best of the people he's interviewing and genuinely loves them all. He did the show for 35 years on public access, and never got paid a dime.
