I've unfortunately rented for more than I've owned and I say unfortunately because EVERY landlord I had, with the exception of University housing, was a derelict landlord - that is one of the primary reasons why people prefer to buy. As an owner I can have my furkids, I can plant plants in my yard and they are mine and I'm not going to get shit for doing something, I can paint the walls and put fixture structures, and what needs to be repaired gets repaired, etc. It has a LOT to do with respect and personal value.

😊 i really enjoyed this episode here comes the but 😂 i have issues with money. It dont feel real to me 😂. Even in actual physical form im sitting here now i have a collection of my grandads coins, my own coins due to another one of your videos i keep monopoly money in my purse i always try to keep a couple of zero's in the bank/savings account. I have some shares also. But none of it feels real 🤷🏽‍♀️. I just dont get it, i know i need it for food,clothes,roof over my head but it just dont feel right. 😂 i think i might be a little bit broken. I dont dislike money id like more of it but it dont feel like it really matters. 🤷🏽‍♀️🤣thank you for this episode i suppose the universe has me in this place for a reason 😊

I would say that you’re in a state of neutrality of money which is likely why money shows up for you and you have what you need when you need it. Don’t judge. Nothing is wrong because it lands differently for you versus others. Stay in the flow and keep aligning with a life you desire to live. Nice job!!

It’s about interrupting your patterning. What do I mean by this….. If your car breaks down, have you set up an online savings account for car maintenance? Start with putting into it even $10 per paycheck if that’s all you have and start to play financial offense instead of financial defense. It’s about choosing to do things that interrupt how you’ve been creating your financial world.

My pov: if you’re purely polarized to serve others, as I choose to be, money is your best friend. I made a choice recently to lower my bills. So much that I made a decision to leave my 2400 square foot house and move into a room with my son cut my bills about 1500-2000! To pay off my debt and putting money together for investing ect. I made a decision for me and my son bc I know it’s the best choice for us right now. You have to make choices that will reflect the life you desire now. 💕

Someone should address that where God guides, He provides and the idea that something about your current circumstances ain't perfect is the illusion you need to reject and affirm instead that you are always fully and completely provided for, for God gives more abundantly and generously, far beyond more than one asks or even imagines. And so the only thing left to do truly is to trust and be grateful for all that is and for the better that is coming. Remember, everything is getting better and better, easier and easier. That's it. Money is disconnected from “being spiritual” mainly because of the intrinsic disconnection from the root chakra in general and the mental-emotional-physical imbalances that result. Consider that the root chakra’s Sanskrit name is Mulabandha also spelled phonetically as Moolabandha, and that the slang for money is “moola.” No wonder money is considered the root of all evil and the root chakra has a bad rap.
