oh my gosh I love the angry sound effects to make it really sound like it was on the show and Julie's expressions were so well drawn with emotion! The choreography for Barnaby "dying" was so nice too and so creative instead of him just sitting there! I also like the fact that the camera would also pan to Wally at times to show his silent presence, this is th best animatic I've seen so far when animating the audio files!

And this may be an odd thing to compliment, but I truly appreciate how much an *animatic* it is- it's not *too* cleaned up, has a really wonderful limited palette, and makes use of only showing the shift in motion where it *matters*. The realization Wally has that it’s just a recording…it’s not real. His friends are gone. 💀 Lovely animation, the body language especially Barnaby’s was just gold with the tie choke and the falling over, each expression more killer than the last! Julie looked ready to maul Barnaby 😂 You really nailed reconstructing what this audio would look like in the show!

I love Julie's expressions! She's so cute when she's angry!🤣 I could also tell that Barnaby was enjoying picking on her! I also loved Wally's expression at the end. You could clearly tell he was snapping out of his little "staring contest" as soon as he heard his name. That was a nice touch. EDIT: The music's also a good touch. I especially loved that flourish at 0:59 and that brass "honk" at 1:29! That was gold!😂

I can't stress enough how happy I am that I discovered this. This is one of my favourite audio's from the new update and you drew everyone so fricking well. Barnaby drawn like the jolly jokester he is in in every frame and expression. Jullie switching from annoyed, to excited about telling her joke, to fricking frowning like Frank in the most adorable way possible. And Wally looking completely ZIONKED during their conversation wil be how I imagine him in each of these when I listen to them. This is so incredible!! the animation is so expressive, I love all of Barnaby's reactions to Julie's naïve enthusiasm, the occasional cuts to Wally disassociating (possibly being in contact with Earth?) and the payoff of the dread when he realizes he has to come back to play his part. The music is phenomenal as well, I didn't even realize it wasn't part of the original-- and I watched the original! That's how well it fits!
