I buy a whole organic chicken. Save all veggie scraps in freezer and use the bones skin and scraps for broth. Longer it simmers the more protein. I often freeze it so I add less water so it’s more concentrated. So when I cook with it I have to guess how much water to dilute but it’s easier to freeze. I put in 2 L amounts in a freeze bag

You've worked so hard to raise your beautiful family. I remember getting my first sawing machine in my teens. I designed and made some amazing outfits for myself. It was a great hobby. When it eventually died, I was so sad. Having just bought a new car, money was short for a while. My sister gifted me her machine because she was going off to travel. I was elated. I'm sure you will soon receive another.

We love breakfast essentials. We buy the powder and do a tablespoon to 8oz. Our 4 yr old daughter has Periodic Fever Syndrome where she fevers for about 5 days every month. It’s gotten better thankfully, but she has no appetite during that time. We give her breakfast essentials and every time she gets her blood work done the doctors say she has the best iron levels they’ve ever seen on a young kid

theres a ompany in slc thats called grace company i think they still sell sewing machines and you can do a credit on on i know here in colo we have high fashion fabric they sell sewing machines and they have a company that lets you do a in house credit to buy a new one

sorry julie take the machine to another place that repairs sewing machines i had a singer for over 50 years and they repaired it a few times

It did look into it and the repair men said it’s not worth it. I got two different shops to look at it.
