Been watching your videos for a few months now. Took a day trip to the Met with my girlfriend yesterday (the 4th). Just missed you! But amazingly enough, we actually saw the couple in the thumbnail to this video haha I remember specifically commenting on the fact that he had no hat on in such cold weather. Love your videos man! Great to see you back! Did you know that in 342 Park Avenue 25% of the space is used for equipment that makes sure the building doesn't sway too much when it's windy? I'm interested in architecture, also in high rise buildings, but wouldn't want to live in one, not even for free and certainly not on a high floor. Nightmare material. I live in a townhouse in Antwerp with a large garden, which suits me fine. Old architecture (my house is from 1925, so 1 century old this year) is also nice. Happy New Year and I hope they can fix your roof and walls, so you can move back in your home for further renovations. Very bad timing with these freezing temepratures.
