What if We could sell your home now While you still have a huge leg up on the competition and get the most money in your pocket, with a condition for a long closing! What would It do for you and your family if we could have the home sold now, and help remove that stress from your plate and still not have to move until the Weather is better?”

It’s good that you’re still being productive though even when you feel a bit off! My productivity coach said consistency is key and some days are gunna be rough! I feel like I’m at a stand still, cold calling FSBO/expireds is prohibited in NY (where I’m licensed) because we’re technically in a state of emergency and none of my leads have responded despite follow ups AND adding them to my smartplans. AND my paid campaigns are bringing me no luck. ☹️ but consistency is key!!! So I’m gunna keep at it. You’re very inspiring these videos are helping a lot of newer agents like myself!

I had funds on the side when I got started in the business 10 years ago. Most new agents think they’re going to be rolling in commission checks and that couldn’t be further from truth. Also, anything can delay a closing.

I don't know if you've found out yet, but if you haven't, first sign up for real estate school pass the exam that is given at the school and then schedule the exam for your state once you've finished and passed your schooling. Hope this helps!

Ooof, working with buyers and sellers is better financially speaking lol. Basically, I get paid a small finders fee for bringing a tenant to a rental listing. I think that if I am the rental listing agent, I get the first months rent as my "compensation" and I have to split that to give the finders fee if another agent brings the tenant. It may vary by state ... I hope this answered your question. 👍
