Great tutorial! You make it so easy to follow. I just had one problem with not being able to read the colors on the pencils. The glare was strong and I didnt have enough time to read it. lol I must be slow!!!

+Kimmy Mitchell I know ... this was one of my first videos, I always put a little card on the page now with the color name and number and always put a list in description now

Thanks for your reply Julie! I was looking at some of your other tutorials & I have a couple of questions if you don't mind answering. Do you have suggestions on getting a smooth black background without bleeding through the paper and how do you like using pan pastels for backgrounds? I wonder if I should get some or just use soft pastels.

+Stephanie I love to use posca markers for a black background ... sometimes it needs 2 layers to get a smooth effect. I have panpastel but I don't use them a lot, I think they are very messy to work with.. I do use softpastel all the time... I like the soft effect... 😁

Love your work! I've been trying to color along with you but you show the pencil so quickly that it's hard to identify the color you are using. There is also glare on the screen which hides the name of the coloured pencil. I'm guessing what you're using by the color of the paint on the pencil. Thanks for sharing your wonderful work & I look forward to your other tutorials.

+Autumn Richard oh and I don't remember, that is exactly why I always put a list of color numbers in description now...
