This! The biggest issue I had with the calendar up there is that I couldn't use the space for my must-dos for the day. That's the main reason I've stayed in the undated one - even though the pink is too much for me. I love the empty space

I've been dying for someone to show that accordion pouch and review it. Travel is a great idea for it! Electronics, jewelry, anything small kept together but seperate. Perfect!

I love the new products, but instead of bringing out MORE new products & backlogging the ordering system by people slamming them with a ton of new orders, maybe they need to FIX the problems in their warehouse. SORRY...just venting!!! I have more than one chronic medical issue, so the medical planner was very interesting to me. LOVE the new folio covers. I want the wine, sapphire & sapphire with stars. LOVE the accordion holder. That thing is too cool & I can't wait to play with it like you were.

I just ordered a couple of covers and the accordion holder, and the estimated shipping date is September 30th! The covers I ordered are Halloween, so by the time I get them it'll practically be Halloween.

Hey Julie, TFS, you really sealed the deal for me on purchasing the petite planner. I was looking make a change with my calendars and planner. I have had the petite planner in and out of my basket, after seeing your keeping it 100 video. I’m so happy u put up this video. I asked u on ig when the new ones were coming out... then tadaaaaaaa I see this. Omg u cracked me up with the hexagon, the accordion pencil case and once again our memories of the velvet pants. I love the new folio colors. And I’m glad u mentioned the wonky elastics. I use that box at the bottom every day, so putting the calendar there leaves me a little stunned. I also do neutral to avoid the rainbow hexagon every day, so I can't really wrap my head around that either.... It really serves no purpose other than branding. Feeling a little meh about it with the exception of the extra petites (which I am loving for a chronic illness also) and the folios. The mustard, wine, and sapphire are gorgeous and give me Harry Potter vibes. Thanks for your honest thoughts as always!

I like that there's only one calendar per 2 pages and it's a lot smaller. In my opinion, one hexagon and the calendar at the top. That mustard color will be my first folio!

I'm getting the Daily but I do not like the shared Sat/Sun and the calendar is in the way. Had decided to use that space for habit trackers. Now I will need to either make tracker stickers to cover it up or buy some. Originally I was just going to use the checkbox strips. Thanks for posting this video ❤️.

I was hoping that they would have a page for both Saturday and Sunday. Also I am happy that they left the top portion blank. I am a top to bottom reader and I rarely use the that bottom portion so I like I can at least now use the top. Love the fold out pouch and the new pencil pouch.

Awesome review as always. I'm so undecided about the calendar and hexagon in the daily petite planner but you've changed my view of the accordeon pouch. When I first saw it on the Facebook group I was skeptical but I love your idea for putting in phone charger cables and camera stuff because I always have them in a tangled mess when I travel! I'm so glad the little pouch is going to be available in different colours because I don't like carrying so many pens around. :)

Great video, thanks for sharing. I really wish they would do user testing before finalizing the planners so they could get feedback. Maybe they do and I just don't know. I agree that the hexagon is a little frustrating and the stress of what to put in there EVERY day. I'm sure you and several other planner friends will come up with some great ideas that we can all steal. I LOVE the new little pencil pouches and I will have to get that blue.

That tiny calendar in the Daily PetitePlanner being slightly off-center and taking up what used to be functional space is irking my soul. Haha! I loved having the calendar on the top for each day and having the day circled. It gave me a frame of reference for the part of the month we were in (i.e. I really need to get my ass in gear for that project because I see I'm two weeks out). It just seems like such a weird change to make being that the pages don't mirror each other now. I hope they'll change it back or rethink the positioning of things next year. The hexagon is pretty but I think I'll have the same challenge as you figuring out what to put there. Thanks for showing off all the new products! I haven't purchased a folio yet because I didn't *love* any color enough to spend the money, but that pink looks super pretty and I am intrigued by the Starry Night one.

The navy pouch is a great size for my purse and the shape lends itself to lipstick, tampons, pens, etc. I may have to get one. For the hexagon thing I'd use it for my top 2 or 3 to-dos. I get what you're saying though. The calendar would have looked great in that space.

I agree with you about the mini calendar on the daily sheets. It would make more sense to put the calendar in the hexagon on top of the page. I love some of the new folio colors but I'm concerned about the gold clasp and how well it will hold up over time.

I’m ok with the new layout of the petite planner. I wish there was a full page for Saturday & Sunday but it’s not a deal breaker for me. What I want is a Monday start on the Petite Meal Planner. I got so tired to using washi and whiteout to make it work that it just sits in a drawer.

My theory about the calendar in the corner is they added the hexagons and went “whoops! We forgot to add the calendar...let’s throw it here.” I love the on the go folio and use the daily every day so I will still get it. But hope they change for the later years.

I was not a fan of the dailies for 19 but definitely getting the new ones, so pretty. The hexagon, I dig it, probably use it for weather tracking or steps or countdowns...however, I will be covering up the monthly somehow (screws with my symmetrical loving brain, lol)

I love the medical planner I have chronic illness too,I've been using my happy planner mini for a medical planner Sense I got it last year,i love happy planner but the medical side is were I think they lack in products I know they have apptiment stickers but not more in depth to my and other peoples long term medical needs, I made my planner my own but wish happy planner did something like this with a planner, I might buy one of these chronic illness notebooks for a log and keep it with me at all time in my purse as a peice of mind in case I need it or in a emgency and use it daily when not in my purse

I'm struggling with the new petite planners - the calendar, the hexagon, the off-white paper. Maybe they will grow on me but I won't be able to continue using them in the same way I did before. And yes, they need a holiday planner! I can see how they would struggle with the actual holiday (Christmas? Hanukkah? Kwanzaa? Winter Solstice?) when the traditions and colors are so different and I don't see them coming out with a holiday planner for every winter holiday.

I love the idea of that accordion pouch, but I'm not sure about that material. And maybe it's better in person but dare I say it's a little gaudy? I love EC and I have spent many a dollar on their products. I think I would have preferred the material of the planny pouch, but I'm not sure that would work with that design. I'm not sold on that yet...lol

When you gift the breast cancer one, will you also give a folio with it? I got my first Erin Condren today so looking at videos to see how to best use it. I got the folio system with 4 petite planners to go inside. The folio seems a little too big and the edge is bending over side and the elastic is really folding the folio. I haven’t seen any of the ones online folding over like mine does 🤷‍♀️

The calendar in the daily is awkward, but doable - It had its own space, now it's sharing with a note space. In the blank hexagon, I'll put daily weather. Why can't they give Sat/Sun their own pages? If they want the days on consistent pages, then give a weekly overview for the 8th page. Love the kaleidoscope pattern!

I am not liking Erin Condren’s ideas. These petites are so repetitive. Someone said below that a holiday planner would have been great and I agree. People are asking for a petite weekly, she could do an investment planner for retirement or finances. She could do a school year planner for keeping track of kids, she could do beauty planner (keeping track of cuts, color, brows, etc). For the hexagon I will just put a sticker there.

I don’t think the calendar is even necessary. We already have the date day and month listed on each page. If we need to see the whole week , we can just flip to the big calendar that’s already in the book. That being said, I don’t always fill up the whole box where the tiny calendar is anyway.

Definitely NOT digging the changes to the petite planner daily. I feel like it took away some of the function and gave a pittance in return. I felt this planner was all about function and this just canceled out some functional real estate. I’m disappointed and hoping the undated is still available.

LOVE the new Daily Petite Planner covers but hate, hate, HATE the new layout. Such a huge waste of valuable space, and it makes my OCD tendencies just go crazy. Why, why, WHY?????
