Julie you might get better value buying a big purchase online. I have had so many straps come apart over the years that I now particularly look at how strong the straps are and whether they will withstand a heavy load. I probably wouldn't have bought that bag because of the straps.

I think the appointment system in apple is ridiculous. My son wanted to buy an iMac costing over £1600. They told him he had to have an appointment even when he said what he wanted to buy. We went into John Lewis and bought it as easy as one two three. I love apple but they need to change that system. X. This has been the case even before covid.

Hi Julie love, your AirPod case won’t fit your AirPods. It will only fit the pros, so it will be a little big for yours. You have the third generation but the pros. But just type in online airpod third generation case, and you’ll be sorted. But a great place is eBay , Amazon or Ali express (if you’re willing to wait). Hope this helps 🥰xxxx
