I've wanted one for 5 years and I finally got one. I would have gotten it sooner but it was cost-prohibitive. Makes a huge difference for me though as I commute entirely by e-bike. I love the shoulder straps, the backpack just slides on and off, no fuss. It also distributes weight very well. I love the confidence of being able to go to the grocery store and not have to worry about running out of room. The long front strap can also be used like a bungee cord to secure additional items outside the bag, which I thought was pretty neat.

Also they have a lifetime warranty. I've used it before for a torn strap (after a dog released its rage on it) and they fixed it and return in a very short time. I love this bag and i'm buy Mission Workshop for my other bags even if they're expensive... it's worth it

All the pockets use zippers and they don't even look like strong zippers. This lady is probably just reading off a script because she doesn't sincerely sound like she knows what the hell she's talking about.
