My dad and I collected every Kaline card back in early 90s. He made a plaque for them. Every one is centered and I’m really good shape. Our rookie may fetch an 8. More than likely a 7. He doesn’t want to take it apart and send them in. I’m still trying to talk him into trading them an making a new one. Al signed it so we’d have to cut out the auto. I’ll never forget when we showed it to him and how much he liked it. He jokingly asked if it was for sale. He was such a great guy.

Try to find other Cruz autos that are close to that numbering. Might not find the exact one but a more common auto. Maybe an orange or blue or even a base auto and add a multiplier.

I was digging through my childhood card collection and came across a card I've always thought was just supposed to be the way it was being thicker than the rest. Looking on the back of it read 1986 Ozzie Smith All-Star Set and on the front picture had Jorge Bell. Now it's clear to me that two card's came factory glued together. Just thought I'd share it with y'all cause I think it's cool looking.

In this day and age, centering should definitely not be an issue when it comes to mass producing cards. I will go so far as to even speculate that Topps probably does this crap on purpose as some sort of deal with the grading companies in order to keep gem mint grades low.

I gave Chrome update one more shot. Scooped 2 hobby’s from the LCS. Between the 2 boxes 16 of my purple cards were folded/creased horizontally down the middle of the card. Such a disappointment with this check list. I’d be stoked with that centered true Julio. Nice card!

Even though the Blue Black Golds aren't numbered, the print run is about 600 of each, since I recall the pack odds being exactly 1/2 of the /299 Blacks. For sellers that don't pay attention to print runs, you can definitely snag some steals on the blues.

That was just way too funny, and you can't say your followers/subscribers don't have a really good sense of humor. Can't say what's up with Topps and their QC issues expcept maybe for the fact that starting next year Fanatics fully takes over, lets just hope that Fanatics does something about all those QC issues ay? I've heard several folks a my LCS saying they'll probably make it worse but who knows. I like to think positively and say that they'll fix them and maybe tighten things up there a bit if you know what I mean. Keep up the Great work and we'll keep watching.
