Honest truth is how are going to identify people who have no documents be ID or passport when they brake law or dead. Most south Africans have ID documents with children having identity numbers in their birth certificate. So do you really think it's possible for a party that wants to fight crime to allow stampede of people to enter this country without documents to identify themselves.
