They stage coups, assassinate, infiltrate and undermine constantly then say “look at Africa, they can’t even govern themselves, smh.” But precolonialism African countries were operating like any other kingdom/country. Imagine if all the countries in Europe and Asia focused on America and Canada to undermine us and to put the people who they want in power (people who they can control), we would look exactly like some of the worse off African countries within a few decades.

The clip just before this one, he mentioned how he doesn't support Chinese or Russian racism and discrimination against Africans, and how he notices even they when they see the red caps of EFF, them and others all get quiet and don't invite them to meetings (presumably political ones behind the scenes).
