DIY F-15EX Eagle II RC Jet with Ducted Fan

This is the first time I use twin EDF for fighter jet model. This F-15EX Eagle II RC model use twin 70mm EDF for the power plant.
I share all the plans and decal files on my website paper-replika.com, you can find the link to the build instructions page below. This model is simplified but still resemble the scale look of the F-15EX Eagle II on the top side, but the bottom side is very simple so the build process will not too hard. The model was build by my friend Roy with plans from me. The hardest part when building this model is on the nose section. The air intake comes in 2 different angles, so you may choose which one to make. Also the canopy has 2 version too, you can use segmented canopy or 2 piece of mica plastic molding.
2 EDFs makes it have a lot of power, so you need to reinforce all the stabilizers with 5mm carbon tube or fiber rod.

omhu saran untuk part 3d printednya, kalau misal mau menahan ebban horizontal orientasi objectnya dibikin vertikal, begitu juga sebaliknya.. kalau mau nahan beban vertikal, orientasi object printingnya dibikin horizontal otomatis emnggunakan support dan sejenisnya..

If you want to use a 3D printed gear struts print them horizontally, not vertically and use ABS or PA ( Nylon )

Hi Julius. Good work. After modeling an airplane on Blender, and cutting out the parts in depron, how do you manage to take into account the shrinkage of the parts in depron when you heat them with a heatgun for bending the pieces ?

yes I usually make 5mm thickness for parts, but for curved parts I use 4mm, so the former will be bigger

It would be great if the plans had a scale on them to verify if the correct size was printed. I print on 8.5x11 inch paper which is different the A4. If you could send me the actual dimensions of part F8 I could use it to make sure I'm printing the correct size.
