How to Build Big F-22 Raptor RC Plane with Foam Board

Because our last big size Su-30 went so good, we made another big size jet again, this time is F-22 Raptor. With slightly smaller wingspan but with the higher wing area compare to my Su-30. Also with the lighter weight, only about 1 kg, make it even smaller wing loading. It flies really great with 4S 2200mAh Lipo battery, 50A ESC and 10x6 prop. I also put landing gear set to the model and it perfectly take off from a runway, but to able to did that I had to swap the propeller with 8 inch from 10 inch prop, so the prop won't strike the asphalt. I think this model can be converted into EDF model jet, because the space on the body of this model is very spacious.

Pretty damn awesome what you make. You make it look do dang easy. In your builds, you should say what size 5mm foam sheet and how many required to the build. I am wanting to give this F22 a try but need to know the full amount of materials if you could please list them...thanks

Really nice looking plane, so tempting ... ok I'm going to down load it , but will not start until DC-3 is finished .. it is hard to even get started in the shop these days . Old age seems to have been accelerated by lock downs , but woke up on the topside of the grass so there is hope ... you take care teach the youth to build to dream of better things .

Después de ver su video y decidí ensamblar también este modelo, imprimí el dibujo, y después de haber cortado las primeras partes del fuselaje, se descubrió que el tamaño de la parte inferior no coincidía con el tamaño del marco, la parte inferior resultó ser ligeramente más estrecha que el tamaño de la parte inferior del marco, el segundo marco coincide con el tamaño de la parte adicional de la parte inferior. Esto es cierto para la información, pero me gustó el modelo en su conjunto, continuaré recopilando.

15:21 for the vacum I'm adding smal spacer from the depron under the mold. It helps to make nice edge near the table.
