Julley Ladakh! - A Drive by Pangong Tso | aritragraphy

Situated at an altitude of 4,350 meters above sea level, Pangong Tso or Pangong Lake lies in the northeast of Leh. This extraordinary blue lake is 5 km (3.1 mi) wide at its broadest point. All together it covers 604 sq.km. Approximately 60% of the length of the lake lies in China. During winter the lake freezes completely, despite being saline.
The beauty of the lake is overwhelming. Blue skies, bright sunshine, chilly weather and Pangong Tso is heaven after a long ride from Nubra Valley.
This video features the drive by Pangong Tso on our way towards Tso Moriri during our visit to Ladakh in September 2017.
