Why not doing Matam and Nauha. Only can see people walking on road normally with Taziya.

Noo they are going towards the shah e mardan (imam bargah karbala)... They are not doing matam because they have already done it in the morning the juloos starts from jama masjid (old delhi) to paharganj they to do matam and nohakhani here and from paharganj they start walking fastly because the way of shah e mardan from paharganj is very long so to cover up the time they do that.... In this video the videographer didn't took any shots of jama masjid to paharganj thats why you are not seeing matam.....
