Let's do a casual Zone 2 ride.... 10 sec later: Naaahhhh Hey, let's work on those VDO when I'm back mate. Miss the info graphic and found it a bit "flat" with many visible macroblocks. Dunno how the original VDO looks like, could be YT reencoding though, but anyway, should be much more crisp.

Thanks Chris. Yeah, when I set Timewarp on my Gopro it not only removes the mic, but I also can't put the .fit files to show the power/speed/map data. To add those I would have to record at live speed, add the .fit file later, speed up the video during editing, and then overlay music. It might be okay for short rides, or longer rides in interesting places, but not on Arakawa lol. Good place to get fit, increase endurance and not get squashed by a cement truck, but that's about it hahaha.

@@donnapper882 Definitely 1 place where we don't need to switch to 700x28s to be comfortable

@@casualguy393 still might be faster on 28s depending on her wheelset

@@donnapper882 My CXRs were designed for 23mm tires following the "105" rule, but those old CXR tires had higher rolling resistance compared with my new GP 5000 TL tires. Switching to 25mm GP 5000 TL tires means I lose about 4 watts in aero drag at the bead, but probably gain 6-8 watts in rolling resistance for a slight overall gain in speed. 28mm GP 5000 tires might be another few watts lost, but would get some of that back just in them being even better than the 25mm tires. Plus a helluva lot more comfort. The next tires I buy will be the 28mm tubeless Michelin Power Competition at almost half the price, but the same rolling resistance and puncture protection as the GP 5000s.
