The only true Jumanji movie. Watched this on Cassete and rewatched this here. It's amazing to see Robin William's act and how great he was, and the many other legends in the film, and the early start for some actors here. So sad to see that Robin Williams is no longer with us, after what happend years ago, but he'll always be a legend in our hearts, and one the greatest. This movie has it all, especially the plot and well told storyline, and it's sad they don't make movies like these anymore. If you haven't watched it yet, I recommend it, no joke, it's worth it. @@godemperorofmankind3.091 same here. My personal theory is that when the Britsh colonized Africa, a shaman--after witnessing his entire village killed/shipped off as slaves--he created a game for them to play. Right. Plus, you can tell by Sarah’s looks and her intentions that she couldn’t stand Billy anymore and his unorthodox behavior and was already ending her relationship with Billy. Plus, as we could see it, Alan and Sarah were really meant for each other. 25 years later, Christmas 1994, they’re married and expecting a child. That same time, we see Jim and Martha Shepherd alive and canceling their Canadian Rockies trip at Alan’s request to start the marketing early, thereby preventing their likely death and Judy and Peter Shepherd would still have them.

That Billy Jessop needed his Friends as Back up because he was a Coward and that’s the only reason he acted all high and mighty, I think Alan’s Dad was stupid for sending him out there alone

I fucking love the mystical and almost horror nuance in the original. Its basically Goosebumps unofficial movie. I'm disgusted the 2010s version abandoned this approach and turned it into dumb action movie. Modern Hollywood sucks

I would’ve loved it if there was a prequel of this where those 2 boys from 1869 played the game that gave them the same fate as Alan
