I received fake product from Jumia which is very different from displayed picture on their online shop. Product is very poor quality and return of product is so difficult... even when you choose to take product back, getting your money back from Jumia is so frustrating and difficult. Jumia has lost her integrity now that they collect money in advance and allow fake products to be delivered without checking them. I have lost so much call credits, time, energy, burnt my car fuel to return product myself, and I'm so stressed out just because I continued to trust Jumia will deliver as they have done in the past. The loyalty has ended. I just want my money back please!
