Thank you for this flip through. It was very thorough and helpful. I also appreciate seeing the teacher guide and that there are recommendations for 1, 2, & 3 year time lines. I wondered how one book could be used all throughout middle school.

I would love to know how this worked for you being paired with Lightning Lit. I want to love LL so badly but I need more support when it comes to the different writing styles.

I think it has been ok, but honestly if I were doing it again, I would just pick the Jump In and focus on it and not line it up. While I tried to line up the timeline of using Jump In for a "How To" when Lightning Literature did a "How To", etc., I don't think that was really all that helpful.
