That's what his assistants are for. He might do the inking or the nemu (first rough pencil draft), and have them do backgrounds, screentones, or so. I don't know his process, but I know that helps to alleviate some of the workload for mangaka (if they can afford to hire).

Honestly... If H×H is over, so be it. I'm just glad he's living his life now, as I recall YYH caused him much stress and irregular sleep patterns. Plus, the man has helped to shape the shōnen genre along with Toriyama and others. I would love to see it continue by him, or his wife, Takeuchi Sensei, but self-care (ESPECIALLY in Japan 🇯🇵) should come first.

Yes, that is Togashi! Despite everyone knowing what he looks like already, he is not showing his face for privacy reasons. Mangaka culture has changed a lot in recent years with the advent of the internet, and these people want to have as much privacy as they can. Nowadays even Toriyama avoids showing his face when he can.

Yeah, it's become more common (although we have photos, sometimes leaked, sometimes old- of them all) for mangaka to hide their face. (I can imagine also, with Japan as such a small country and many of them living in the Tokyo area). Some like Toriyama (DBZ), Oda (One Piece), and apparently now Togashi do, but others don't like Kishimoto, Boichi, etc.
