These jump boxes contain LiPo batteries like the ones used in drones. They explode when mistreated. I would never keep a fully charged one in my car for extended periods of time. Definitely not in the sun. Also that blue connector that comes on the jump leads is called a EC3 connector and used for drone batteries. And that box on the leads contains lots of diodes in parallel (not capacitors) which prevents the car alternator from charging the pack once the car starts.

True I experienced the same with my dji battery it explodes when positive and negative wires accidentally get touched

@@sushansalian1643 it will be the same as plugging in a freshly charged battery. Bike will run until the pack is fully discharged. (this is my best guess.. Won't know for certain till we try it out.)

you have to disconnect both terminals of battery. because you disconnect only negitive terminal then the positive of battery will support through negitive of jump start. thanks love from Pakistan.

aap to +ve terminal disconnect kiye hi nhi.....ye to pura power battery se hi khich liya h,power bank se ab jab -ve le rhe thee wo sirf circuit cmplt kr rha tha.apko proper test k lie +ve nikalna hoga...

keeping such device in car will lose out power eventually and will not be charged enough in the moment of emergency, another way is to keep it connected to 12V charger socket and keep it charging all the time to make sure it remains charged whenever we need it. But downside is risk of fire, if anything goes bad with that battery then entire car will go for a toss(Water/sun/accident/any other issues can be the reason).. Best way is to keep a jump starter wire(Rs.100-200) in the car, we will definitely find another vehicle in our country for jump starting in emergency..

I don't understand why such a nice brand is not giving 230v AC, 5vdc 2 amps charger which is needed to charge this jump starter at home. In other brands they supply. Ravpower model RP-PB063 and RP-PB027 are equally good.

You can not start the car till your fuel pump gets power from your battery. If battery is low,it can't be started even with Dhakka.
