Why do you spam first and then use the king, doesnt gaku use the king first?

1. to save time (practice for tournaments) 2. sometimes spam can tank for king

np. to elaborate some more, i send king first when i need the king to actually set pathing for the rr. otherwise it's fine to send spam first
