Overall pretty happy with this run, it's not perfect but I reached the two goals I set for myself: getting sub 2:10 and the run looking fairly clean. The time should be slightly faster if you use tempus zones for timing.

can someone explain the wall pogo at 00:28 It looks janky, gets a lot of height from that jump, I have never seen before

It's called a "wallbug", you can get stuck in almost any slanted wall like that if you hold either W+A or W+D. Could probably find more examples if you look up "wallbug" on youtube or google.
