You know you love snowmobiles when your sled is worth more than your house and car. Good vid. Nice jump!

😂 well, I definitely love snowmobiling but the old Pro-x isn’t worth THAT much lol. Snowmobiling is a pretty spendy hobby/motorsport though, as most of us know. Thanks for tuning in and commenting! I appreciate the support.

It was a ton of fun! I wish the snow wouldn’t have melted so much, I would have continued to make it better and better. It’s going to get up to 50 degrees here this week and we already have bare spots!!!! No good. Thanks for watching the video and supporting the content. Means a lot. More to come, for sure!

Great footage ! May I ask what go pro you used for this?
@DIPSTICKTV3 жыл бұрын
Well, there are many cameras in play in this video. The camera on the helmet is the highest quality I own; it’s a Hero 8 black. The one that’s planted in the snow catching the shots of me jumping towards it is a Hero 7 Silver, and the one the im jumping away from and over (in the later clips) is a Hero 4 Black. The main footage of the video is caught on a Cannon G7X.

Want a sender but not a kicker. I don't like looking at the landing with my tail higher than the skis.
@DIPSTICKTV3 жыл бұрын
Right, the only time your tail should be higher than your skis is if your matching an angle for a landing; otherwise there may be some worry that ensues as you’re flying through the air 😂

@@DIPSTICKTV Done a lot MX. Seen dumb shits not get ass off the seat. It launch you right over the bars. Hit the right angle.
@DIPSTICKTV3 жыл бұрын
@@brianjacobsen5762 oh for sure! An unintentional seat bump can wreck a person’s world. Can also be a powerful technique at times, if utilized correctly. All about practicing and honing the skills, I guess.

@@DIPSTICKTV Yep. Went ridding with my buddy's had old YZ 490 went to this place small jumps mostly up hill flat landings My rear shock decided to take a shit. I'm wasn't calling it a day. I kept riding. I hit this 2' steep jump not very wide. 8-10 ' gap with same size landing on the other side. Hit it gased it at the top. Rear spring compressed unloaded over the gap. Flipped me completely over the bars. I landed on my ass on the other side. I forgot about the shock. The bike landed perfect on the other side. I'm sitting on ass watching it roll down the other side went about 30' before falling over. I need a dirt bike a sled again. ok I have older GSXR 750 with 1100 motor in it. Timber sled.? Anyone.
@DIPSTICKTV3 жыл бұрын
@@brianjacobsen5762 oh no lol. Well, I can’t say I’ve ridden with a blown shock but I definitely know what you’re saying. The GSXR is fun, I bet! I have yet to ride a timbersled but I’ve rode a Snohawk very briefly about a 7 years ago and the one ski thing just isn’t my style. I grew up on snowmobiles and even the snohawk didn’t feel like a snowmobile to me. 2 skis for me. As far as dirt bikes, I NEED to get mine running this year. Bought an old 01 Cr125r that was completely clapped and intended on rebuilding it from the bottom up. I didn’t make it far. That will be continuing very soon though. Got a ton of parts sitting around that I’ve slowly piled up for it. This is the spring/summer to get it going.

If my truck wasn’t still in need of some fixes, I would have headed over there this past weekend to attend their ride-out. Trucks getting fixed very soon so next time they do some stuff, I’ll do everything I can to get over there!!

What’s up I’m coming from your gta drifting channel and I could’ve swore you had another channel other then this one and that one where you worked on your truck I can’t for the life of me find it.
@DIPSTICKTV3 жыл бұрын
Thanks for tuning in! This is that channel. I removed a few videos off of here a couple weeks back that never performed well. Wasn’t a good look for this channel to have so many low performing videos and I’ve been working to improve my quality so it was time for a fresher start here. There’s still 3 truck videos though, including the most recent one. There’s a playlist on the channel. There will also be another video coming pretty soon of the truck. Bringing it in to get a bunch of things serviced and upgraded within the next week or so. New wheels and tires coming too for that so definitely more to come with that. Also the dirt bike project will see it’s return very soon.
It’s a shame those videos didn’t perform great viewing wise, I thought they were pretty good, I am a fan of cars and modding cars and I like seeing other peoples ways of fixing and modding their vehicles especially when it’s a smaller channel so you can interact with them. I hope your future vids do good, you’re a great content creator 😁
@DIPSTICKTV3 жыл бұрын
@@10drummerboy65 I appreciate that! There’s definitely odd factors to KZbin and I’m still studying those. The videos have been performing just okay for where this channel is at and I intend on changing that. On the other hand, I’m really just doing this because I enjoy making videos and do these things anyways so I’m okay with where I’m at for the time being. I’ll start from the bottom and work my way up the best I can with the help of the fans the channel builds. This year is the first time I’ve taken this channel seriously and intend on consistently posting each week so we’ll see how that translates with getting views and subs boosted. I like what I do and I just want to get better.

Oh, and either the next video or the video after next is brand new truck content again as I start morphing into spring/summer content. Literally putting thousands and thousands into the truck in the next few vids worth of content 😬👍
