Jumping Spider, jumping.

A jumping spider I caught in the act... I _think_ it is Phidippus audax, or the Black and White/Bold Jumping Spider.

Neat, do they jump to catch prey or is it a short cut thing ?

Kevin Bradley According to what I am reading, they use their very keen eyesight and spring on their prey.But obviously, they aren't opposed to using their abilities to take a short cut either...
