Awesome breakdown for these moves. One thing I have learned about mastering jump rope skills is to break them down into simple steps. Master each step in sequence and then practice them over and over as a whole.

Finally some hard stuff. I got bored of jumping because there wasn't anything I could do to challenge myself. I can get the rope to go under me 3x in one jump and etc. Thank you
