A "How to start sidejump" would have been great. I guess the oldschool/left-right thing doesn't work too well with this^^. Anyway a very good tutorial, I'm learning sidejump from it very well.

there seems to be alot of original jumpstyle in Russia. Does that have anything todo with the army dances of russia? Alot of classical dance in russia (apart from ballet) seems to have similar moves?

You may have over worked you knee. Same then happened to my left knee when I used to shuffle a lot. My advice is to ease into new tricks, trying something that could be above your fitness level could cause an injury (Ask me how I know that...). Take it easy for now and let your knee recover. Before every session I warm up properly and make sure to cool off and stretch when I'm done dancing. Keeps the knee from acting up. Good luck ^_^
