Like most games it gets easier the more experience you have, but it's mostly just pattern recognition Instead of thinking about each individual note, you think more big picture about the patterns they form, this map is a good example The patterns here are very simple, so you don't need to spend much mental effort interpreting how to hit the notes and you just hit them
