Self Notes 1) Self Reflection: *** Journaling is great for clarity *** Ask yourself hard questions and answer honestly. 2} The Volume Game: *** Start the process, you will become better along the way. *** Put yourself out there and do not be afraid of judgment. 3) Revamp your phone usage: *** No phone when you wake up. *** Get a physical alarm clock. *** Use the grayscale feature. *** Hiding most used apps creates additional friction to access them. *** Create phone-free environments. 4) Taking 100% accountability *** Point fingers at no one. *** What different approach can I take? *** I had a role to play, what did I learn from this? 5) Setting Boundaries: *** Do not be a people pleaser *** Help yourself so you can help others. *** Create healthy boundaries so you do not neglect your self-growth to please others.

You upload this video on very perfect time Sir. I'm feeling lost, depressed and sad. I had entrance exam after couple of months and I need to collect myself and wanted to fix everything. I was going to search about it and you post this. Thank you so much for this. I'll try to apply the methods for studies you've mentioned in shorts. And study hard to clear exam.

i've experienced many hardships with friends too and i've learned that it's not about just trusting that somebody won't hurt you. instead, it's more about you trusting that you can handle it if they do by walking away. i won't be able to tell you what you should do cause i don't know your circumstances entirely, however, i would certainly encourage you to keep improving your own self and develop the self-assurance / confidence that you can handle situations like this moving forward. i'll be praying for you!!

Thank you for always sharing such helpful things, Jun. I was thinking this morning about something you said: “You can have it all, you don’t have to choose.” This morning I stumbled across a video that answered a question I always had about Dolly Parton. She’s such an inspiration to me because she is still pursuing and accomplishing her dreams at her age (and looking great doing it!). The video actually showed her playing the guitar with those long nails that she always has. I always wondered “HOW?” The answer is that she created her own style of playing that simplifies all the chords to where she can play those chords in spite of the self-inflicted handicap. Watching her, I was like, “Wow, where there’s a will, there’s a way!” She wanted to play guitar, but she also wanted those nails, both with equal passion, and instead of having to give one up for the other, she created a way to have both!!! You really can have everything you want! 🤯

i came across your channel a few days ago and it could not have come at a better time. I'm currently trying to get my life back together after severe ptsd. I started Uni in October and am very scared, but proud of what i have accomplished so far. I am determined to make this work, and am trying to find study methods that help me learn effectively without sending my brain into fight or flight mode. it took a few months to establish a good routine, so sadly i wont be passing some of my exams this exam season, but I've been able to implement a few strategies that I'm starting to see good progress on now, and I'm excited for what the next semester will bring.

Hey Jun, I wanted to ask you - how much is too much? how much work is too much, how much rest?, how do you understand not necessarily a balance of work and "life", but work and rest>. For example, I have been working 60-80 hours each week, every week, for a very long time (3+ years), however, I do not understand this guilt feeling that I get when I want to perhaps, relax - play some playstation. It feels like a waste of time even though I naturally enjoy games, I enjoy the process of playing a game, progressing and levelling up a character, it's just it feels like a waste of time when I could be improving an essay, or improving by reading or doing any other possibly productive task. I feel guilty even though I have achieved incredible grades at university (last assessment we can top out of 450 students) through this hard work. I hope this doesn't come across as a brag, this is not how it is intended to come across, it is simply to provide context about the situation. Thank you very much for all your help and videos!

watching this video because I've lost focus on schoolwork and it's my second week in university (first year ) and I am losing my mind with the amount of work I have, I'm behind too. I am struggling to study mostly because I don't understand what the lecturer says and I don't know where to start because the work gets more confusing every time. I just need motivation and a study guide. I need to fight for this degree, I just realized I am not in high school anymore.

Hey, Jun! I always had a question. When it comes to studying, what are your thoughts on blocking out all input and distractions from around your environment? I know generally that the environment you study in is a place of choice, but on instances where it’s not, what are your ways of studying and working effectively given that environment?

Hey Jun, I plan on using these tips but in general I can identify my strengths (as you said in the video) and weaknesses but how do I find a way to work both of them at the same time because its hard to create a routine that satisfies that growth. So do you have any suggestions on how I could work on both of these?

1 During the process of priming what if our text book don't contain any bold italic or highlighted words just heading and sub heading .. then how can we use the process of priming 2 what if we are given a topic which we have to prepare by ourselves and don't have any lecture on it 3 we have a modular system in our uni and after every 4 weeks chapters and everything changes so how can we revise actively all the topics in such less amount of time and believe me there are multiple of these topics .... Plz guide 😢

Suggestion for your thumbnail I would have used Canva to replace the background with either a solid color like white or something simple Then place enlarged template images of the icons/logos that you originally had over your head in that background They’re too small to see and make it harder to have that initial impression

Because when you start with studying for like 6 hours lt is a shock to your brain because you haven't developed a habit of studying and because of that maybe you stop after two days(lt was like that for me)
