You got a like from me Paul .. I think everyone hints that hurdle they just can’t clear ... I’ve been a volunteer for over six years now for a very demanding role within my community. I’ve lost the enthusiasm to put the hours in but I still ‘plod’ on .. sometimes a break is what’s required. I’m sure you will get there, your fabrication skills are amazing and I truly enjoy watching.. glad to hear the jobs going well 👍🏻

Find someone who you trust and confide in tell them how you feel it sounds like depression I've suffered with it in the past you go to bed feeling fine and wake up feeling like everything is different you don't want to know and you don't function properly you have to address and admit you have a problem and sort it out every day is a good day it could be this covid stuff or your job issues but whatever it is don't ignore it find the answer and sort it take care buddy and get back to your own self soon Rob

I do think youve hit the nail on the head there Rob . I am indeed that person who bottles everything up , im fine when im around people and have something to focus on but i find times in my own company very difficult….. I easily just give up and cant be bothered….. i will get on top of it soon …. Ive just met a new friend who’s trained to be a hypnotherapist, im hoping he can unlock my head and help me find a way out ! Thanks for your kind words Rob , means a lot 👍

Paul you clearly are miserable at the moment, but I think most of us get depressed at odd times. At least you’re doing the right thing by talking about it. ( talking about it to two and a half thousand of us is, to say the least is very impressive though 😊 ) cheer up buddy, 95% of the rest of the world have it a lot tougher than most of us!

I have had trouble sleeping I'd wake up and just think about things, but never solve anything. I started taking magnesium tablets before going to bed for leg cramps. I've never slept so well for years. I still have the occasional bad night. Broken or lack of sleep can destroy motivation. Good luck I hope you improve.

I suffer leg cramps when the weather gets colder … aint no other feeling like being woken up with what feels like a dog biting down on your leg and having to jump out of bed to stand up 🤣🤣 …… i used to lay there and shout in pain , unable to move ! But my dad said ‘thats the worst thing to do , stand up and its almost instant relief’ .. omg that changed it all ! Im sure i’ll sort myself out ! I will probably end up seeing a doctor at some point 😬

Mojo comes and goes but that sounds deeper than that mate. Have you seen your GP? They're not the specialist but they may help you with a couple of things while you're waiting for an appointment. Hahaa …. Yeah im seriously considering going for some help but even that is difficult as im such a stubborn old git , im definitely a suffer in silence type !! Yeah im sure someone will have a lot of fun with the little orange thing ! Its certainly given me a good laugh ! Only problem is pricing something like that ? I wouldn’t know what to sell it for ? It might end up on ebay ? Or i might even raffle it off ! Now theres an idea !

There's my little buddy, good to see yer face on here, yeah it's easy to get ground down (especially these days) i mean i work on average 10hr days and in the last 18 months i've had less than half a dozen days off so you dont realize yer cup has a hole in it. i ended up seeing someone in the human ECU department and between diagnostics and a fuel treatment it's done wonders for me (hope you get the car - human references) lol. be well my friend, it's just a rut, yer not broken......not all the way anyways.

Dude.. it's okay.. not all of us are buried in KZbin and you are allowed to live your life. Work on your vehicles because you love it (or have to), but only film if your energy is up. The extension sounds nice.. but you know.. a gold fish will grow to the size of the bowl. If you're like me. you'll fill it up and then need more space.. LoL.. Hi Randy ! I like what you say about the extension, you are spot on ! I need to have a major sort out and throw away some junk ! But the last time i did that all i ended up doing was re-organising it all and keeping everything hahahaa the Route 66 sign ! Every little thing in my workshop holds memories and that one is of our time at IMM im so proud to say ive met you in person , like meeting a famous television star ! It will remain with me forever ! I'm having a port put in so it'll be easier to give me my kemo treatment. Ive been following along with your posts and im sorry to hear about your cancer , you must fight it all the way dont ever give up on us ! …… ive been feeling a little down myself lately, not sure whats wrong but i have no motivation for doing anything and just been focusing on work during the week and weekends i spend my time doing very little . I understand about your Facebook being hacked , it’s horrible what people do just for money , the root of all evil as they say ! Anyway my friend take care and look after yourself !
