I just LOVE the teal and pink fabric. The shorts remind me of shorts my mother used to make us when I was a teen. Nice fix with the sleevils. You'd never guess the sleeves stuck out. I seriously need to pick up my speed. I have some lovely summer weight fabric, and I NEEEEEDD some summer clothes. Love these outfits.

Love those shorts , and you're so lucky, the tan you have makes everything look so fresh. I've just finished my first ever jumpsuit, something I've not worn since the 80s, I was a bit self conscious wearing it, but you know what ? Who cares, its so freaking comfortable???? Another great garment show, Viv! I’ve been sewing little dresses for Dress a girl Around the World and using up tons of scraps and quilting fabrics in my stash. It’s so satisfying to use up pieces and know it’s all for a great cause. So far I have 50 plus done and taking a break to sew my granddaughter the Hope Dress by Violet Fields pattern co. I sewed a bunch of those several years ago when they sent them to Guatemala. I’ll never live long enough to use up my fabrics for just myself!

Hi Vivian! I am so delighted to have had the fun of watching your June makes fashion show. What a lineup you had for us. 🏆 Your first outfit looked fabulous on you! I expected to hear you say that you and Brad had plans to play tennis at the country club, once you were finished filming. I'm guessing that is when you'll be accessorizing with your diamond tennis bracelet. 💖 I think few women would look as refreshingly attractive in this monochromatic look as you do. With each new piece you added or changed, these outfits just kept looking more and more beautiful. This was a hard feat to accomplish when you started off at a 10. The next two blouses that you paired, one by one, with your classy new shorts were game changers! Such stylish summer creations. I think both blouses worked perfectly with your white shorts. The first fabric and pattern you selected made for a very dressy, vivacious style of blouse. The second blouse was beautiful and definitely took the pattern style selected to a whole new level. The grey culottes coordinated extremely well. I was thinking that besides matching the tone of the colors in your blouse, the black in your top and the grey in your pants were in the same family of color but just at different ends of the spectrum, making them perfectly complementary. I really like your pink top. Very feminine, being made in soft pastel pink color and having a subtle gathering of this fabric, both at the blouse sides and across its back. A lovely style of apparel, perfect for wearing to lunch at a place where the food is deliciously healthy, and arranged beautifully on pretty dishes. If you felt too casual wearing culottes, changing into your elegant version of a peasant style blouse and skirt would easily fit the occasion. I think this outfit suits you perfectly: elegant, understated, refined and confident. Another 10 out of 10! I think I got things out of order, oh well. I have loved each outfit, as I am sure everyone watching feels likewise. But, my two very favourite outfits were your absolutely beautiful Romper (I didn't know this style could look so "precious," for lack of a better word. I agree 100% that the red buttons were just right. And, I have never seen a border print placed in this way. And, what a stunningly beautiful color and border print it is. You looks so so nice in this outfit.) Saving your Burda Dress for last ended your fashion show in an outstanding manner. New York has nothing on you! I know I have been just overflowing with accolades and praise but you just hit your Summer Sportswear Collection out of the park! Thank you for all of the effort you expended in the creation of your Collection and the production of the June 2022 Makes Fashion Show. Here's the thing IMHO! The way you model your makes in the vertical view makes the video all about the clothes. Who needs to see furniture and walls? Your makes are great -- as always. AND, if you didn't tell someone you are an inverted triangle, they would never guess it in the styles you make. The A-line. The peplum. I think I'm a block now, so I can just wear anything that reaches around. LOL.

Love all of your June makes. I think this is the first time I have really liked every single piece. Your use of the border print on that romper was amazing. I think the print is a little young for women of our age, but it is really a brilliant make. I am currently making a dress for my German exchange daughter who is visiting for a few weeks.
