He's talking about his friends being Androids since he was influenced by Philip K Dick and JG Ballard that's why his face was pale and he wore eyeliner because it made him look like an Android. nothing to do about killing his friends. it's actually quite a sad song because it's all about paranoia and depression as well as loneliness and isolation
