unsolicited advice: you can put the regular products that you use every night (e.g. micellar water, cleansing oil, moisturizers) in the drawers, because they’re essential and you know you won’t forget them. I do this because I too tend to forget to use some products. if the essentials are put away together, there’s more space on the counter and you won’t forget anything 💕 hope this helps, love you sm 🙆🏻‍♀️

Had to get a hysterectomy last year because of cervical cancer cause by HPV and I’ve never been more thankful that I stay on top of my yearly paps because it was caught early! Please everyone go annually! It’s sucks but cancer is worse!

Hi Laur! Some suggestions for floral arrangements! First of all, the vase u had was too small, flowers were all squished together, not much breathing space hence it looks messy. Secondly, u can follow the golden rule of 4, 1 type of focal flower, 1 type of small flower, 1 type of filler flower and 1 type of greenery…. Most of the time you can make two to three arrangements per bundle! Hope it helps!

Highly recommend cutting the flowers ends on an angle (90 degrees-ish) gives the ends more access to the water and will last longer

(From a US medical student who is about to graduate) pap smears are recommended every 3 years starting at 21 until the age of 29 and then every 5 years ages 30-65! Your doctor may recommend you get them done more frequently (yearly) depending on the results of your pap smear, but that's the standard here. (I think I accidentally deleted my last comment that said this)

I would never hope that on anyone but if you are able to you should try and get them more often just in case. (In my opinion)

Glad they were able to catch it!! I was just mentioning the overall guidelines-- if your pap comes back abnormal in any way the screening frequency guideline changes (US) to more often.

My whole life I was like okay every year without a doubt, and after my first abnormal pap they told me it’s every 3, I was just putting myself through discomfort more than necessary😂

The Dalias, once they die back, have tubers (bulbs) that you can replant for next spring! Your presed wedding flowers are beautiful! Scanned the comments but didn’t see anyone mention this, those yellow flowers aren’t mums. (Mums bloom late July. Hot houses can push them to bloom early but, June is still a little early. For both the plants and the association of them to autumn.) These are yellow marigolds. Taishan marigolds have the tight cones in a dome shape. While some mums are domed shaped, the petals open outwards. I hope this made sense. ❤
