Nice harmonies! You can tell they've trained a lot because each voice falls into the right place at the right time. One of them needs better control over her vibrato. Another one has a grating tone on her upper register (but nice lower register). The one on the far right has a gorgeous tone. The one in the middle also has a beautiful and strong voice. I will definitely listen more to them.
