June mechanics in simple words : The gauge is separated 3 zones. 1st zone is chaos, being the 40% at the left. 2nd zone is balance, being the 40% at the middle. Last zone is control, being the 20% at the right. In chaos form you can use Astral abilities, which moves the gauge left by 20%. In control form you can summon meteorites, which moves the gauge right by 20%. During control form, if your gauge is at chaos zone, your opponent will have the ability to summon meteorites too. If your gauge is at balance zone, only you can summon meteorites. If your gauge is at control zone, none of you can summon meteorites. If you reach the left end of the bar, you will be forced into control form. If you reach the right end of the bar, you will be forced into chaos form.

I see lot of potential corner combos with June with damage build might become deadly. And some non combos like itu.With TM itu has lot of non corner combos. It's same with June. Plus from what I've seen you easily push opponent to the corner with abilities and finish him off with a corner combo. She is meta and will put her in S tier. Also great for comeback . Has a huge chances to give an easy OCV if used properly. Just like lynx lynx can do ocv as well since he is also S tier. Most opponent might surrender similar to that case of lynx. If you are too good with lynx , you opponent will end up surrendering. So from my pov never use June because she is too OP like lynx.

I do think she'll require skill though. You have to switch the mode at the right time, keep an eye on which zone you're in and with the talent, you have to make sure you stay In the control zone to deal bonus damage making you switch the modes at the right time. If she requires skill, she will be acceptable even if she's meta
