It's good to have you back! It is so nice to see your side of the country; and to see you exploring London as well. I did have a chuckle at "so much walking" because of all the hikes you do, but yeah, city walking is so different to hiking!

I think you can get solid boards but I am not sure what they are made of. All the ones I’ve seen have been inflatable!

Had the same health issues....just felt disgusted with myself...so 4 mos ago started walking 6 or 7 days a week..45 to 60 min a day...cut out most sugar...have lost 19 lbs...all my lab #s have improved...I'm 75 yrs old so hope this inspires...look better feel better...I still eat every thing I like in moderation..

That’s amazing Linda! Thank you for sharing that, it’s very encouraging :) I have done the same, cutting out all processed foods and sugars. I did go a bit wild for martins birthday 😂 but back on track now.

I am finding it easier to eat healthy now it is summer, but as soon as autumn hits i'm going to be all about that comfort food 😂 Glad you enjoyed the video :)

I have been on a paddle board once in my life and I did love it although I never managed to actually stand up lol. I wanted to get one but Troy got us open top Kayaks instead, I also really love them. Yay, I miss your streams, can't wait :)

Our paddle boards have a kayak kit where you can put a little seat on. We haven’t tried it yet but it looks fun! I miss streaming too. Got to wait a couple of weeks till the weather is cooler. It gets really really hot in my upstairs office.

You’ve been having a busy summer I see :) paddle boating seems fun. I appreciate you opening up about what freebies offers entitle, it’s quite rare here on YT. I also have a full time job apart from art, so totally understand where you’re coming from. I had never paid much attention to tempera sticks until I saw your video, now I’m intrigued! How are you finding them? I know they’re marketed for children, but would like to have an artist perspective in it. Thanks for sharing!

The tempera sticks are super fun! I actually haven't used them since the last video so maybe I will pull them out again this week! They are great for covering a lot of ground quickly :)

Is Upcrate called something different in other countries? Or was this a different box? Because the Eddings were in a recent Upcrate box and I thought the box looked familiar. Those bird turned out really cute!

Oh I am not sure! I only heard of them a couple of months ago when other people were doing them. I know scrawlrbox is in the UK but I think Upcrate sent me their box from somewhere in Europe 🤔 the pens were fun to play with, but I think the liquitex and molotow are better quality.
