In this context the whale sharks are a direct reference to Qatar since it is a cultural symbol to them so the BTS theory is a stretch and I believe it’s important to respect what is symbolic to Qatar. Qatar is home to one of the largest whale shark aggregations in the ocean. The pearl which the boy picked up and put into the sea, used to be their main source of economy before they found the oil. Those from Qatar obviously knows the whale sharks are heavily used to represent Qatar. Them showing 6 boys playing soccer together, 6 boats and 6 whale sharks in the video however I believe is a shoutout to the rest of the bts members" 💜
