You can tell that his vocals was live because the breaths and some pops and when the backing track kicks in and out during some parts where he is physically unable to dance and sing at the same time. Jungkook just has amazing vocals and amazing control over his voice and body that it is challenging to tell at first if it is live or not.

Jungkook is such an amazing singer, he's so skilled and talented it's amazing. And he's known for sounding like the recording and even better, most vocal coaches says he's like autotune and is always on pitch, and this is when it's only his raw vocals they've reacted to! Oh it’s definitely live! In the intro to BTS video you watched it even mentioned how Jungkook is the member that is most stable with vocals during live performances and dancing! So many think it’s not live because he is just that good! They do have backing tracks that are way softer during the chorus to help but he is definitely singing!
